Q: Do you offer year-round storage?
A: Yes, we provide year-round storage with flexible month-to-month pricing, allowing you to stay as long as you like without any long-term commitments.

Q: Do I have in-and-out access privileges?
A: Absolutely! You have 24/7 access to your space. Our yard is organized to ensure that your area is individually allocated, with no one blocking your access. Feel free to come and go as you wish; just remember to lock the gate when you leave.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We primarily process payments via e-transfer and recommend setting up recurring payments on the first of each month. We also accept credit cards (subject to a 3% processing fee), company checks, and cash. For customers who don’t start on the first day of the month, the initial month's storage will be prorated based on the remaining days.

Q: Is snow cleared in the winter?  
A: Yes, we have a contract with a snow removal service to ensure that laneways are cleared within 24 hours following a snowstorm. For light accumulations of snow (typically 5-7 cm or less), we do not plow, as it is more effective for the snow to be compacted by vehicle traffic.

Q: What security features do you offer?
A: Our facility is fully fenced and gated, with a single entry and exit point. Customers are responsible for locking the gate upon exiting, promoting a community effort toward security. The south and west property lines are adjacent to train tracks patrolled by Metrolinx, preventing foot or vehicle traffic in those areas. The east end of the property benefits from well-lit areas provided by the Burlington GO parking lot and a natural ravine serving as an additional barrier. The only entrance is located at the front (north) side of the property, which is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance.

Q: What are your storage rates?
A: Rates start at $100/month (tax included) for a 9x18 parking space and $0.50/sq ft for businesses requiring areas of 1,000 sq ft or more. Please visit our Rates page for more detailed information.
